Each year SAGE and the National Resource Center on LGBT Aging receive requests to help identify older LGBTQ+ people to participate in academic research studies. LGBTQ+ inclusive research is important to expand the knowledge base related to aging as an LGBTQ+ person. LGBTQ+ Aging Research Connections provides community members interested in research participation with a list of academic research opportunities that have been reviewed by reviewed and approved for listing by SAGE staff.
